Tamiš Hotel

The hotel is new (completely renovated), modern, and has all the necessary facilities. However, the staff appears unprofessional and confused, and it's evident that they lack the necessary experience and training. Waiters are unable to explain dishes - they just don't know. The waiter, presumably considered a sommelier, doesn't know to pair wine and food (although the waitress introduced him as an expert who will come to offer us wine), and, for example, he served us red wine completely chilled. The menu offers a good selection of food, however, the actual dish you get does not align with the hotel's categorization. In other words, the food is average (most ordinary small restaurants in the city offer much better food), e.g. we got an appetizer without a plate at all. Caesar salad didn't look like a Caesar salad, the dry-aged steak wasn't prepared as requested (rare), the steak tartare didn't look like steak tartare and it had a very strange taste, the salad didn't contain cherry tomatoes and pinenuts as we had asked for (the waitress said they could make such a salad - I don't think she even knew what we were asking for). There is an exceptionally long wait for the food, and the waiter forgets orders, bringing food to each person individually at intervals of 10 minutes! Please take this message with good intentions - invest in people and their training, take professionals...

We had a fantastic time at the recently refurbished hotel. The entire atmosphere exudes novelty, and the amenities exceeded our already high expectations. The spa downstairs, featuring a pool, sauna, and steam bath, was a definite highlight of our stay. Additionally, the breakfast spread was delightful, boasting an extensive variety of bread, cold cuts, and fresh fruits.
